Before emailing, I suggest you get in touch with your electric company and find out how many phases of power your home has and make sure that you have 240-volt power (also called 220-volt and 230-volt). If you have 120-volt power (for example, you live in Canada, the U.S., or Mexico), then you will order the regular whole-house filters that are used for 120-volt power.
